Floral Substitutions
Fresh Flowers
We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White and cream roses may be substituted for each other, as well as peach and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
Balloons
Some hospitals do not allow balloons with an arrangement. Our balloons are air-filled, which lasts much longer than helium-filled balloons. Please dispose of deflated balloons properly.
Plants
Similar plants may be substituted for green and blooming plants of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute it with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
All substitutions and changes are done as a last resort only when the conditions are reasonable and genuine. Reasons for substitutions may include but are not limited to the availability of flowers and/or colors and weather conditions. Any items added or changed after the final payment (30 days) will be invoiced at the time of order and charged to the credit card on file unless provided with another payment method. There is no refund for removing items as the flowers will have already been purchased. Flowers ordered for these items will be added to upgrade other arrangements. Any changes made 14 days before the events are not guaranteed.
